Hmmm, looks like a pretty good summary.

I'd add that those 90M (a bit less actually) are getting allocated to create profits (by adding capacity, acquiring new technology,...) we'll reap those profits later in the year and after.

The MMC is gonna be HUGE and SNDK needs enormous capacity to get a small piece of the action for itself (the rest will be licenced to the Koreans and Japanese I suppose).
