This can be a new information.

SEC filing dated 03/05/98 refers to investment agreement dated 02/23/98 and is linked below:

edgar.whowhere.com

One Yahoo poster referred to a 3/6/98 filing. I cannot get hold of it. One has to be subscriber to premium EDGAR.

Brown is providing such info. with transaction cost of $5. Additionally, we have access to vast amount of knowledge base and information exchange mechanism with other experts (and non experts!). If properly used, all this translates into a formula for success for individual investors like us. Bloomberg has signed with AOL. I envision these $2,000 per month terminals will follow the route of telex machines.

You and I are both long Oxford. We can afford to wait for Brown's story to unfold.

BTW, my daughter went to Cornell, presently in final year of Yale Law School.

Sunfish,
Thank you for the info from Brown and Co. It is very bewildering since the KKR deal was apparently well buried before this date and these Brokerages have to Vet their public mailings ad nauseum. Anyway Good Luck.
