I cannot get hold of it. One has to be subscriber to premium EDGAR. Brown is providing such info. with transaction cost of $5. Additionally, we have access to vast amount of knowledge base and information exchange mechanism with other experts (and non experts!). If properly used, all this translates into a formula for success for individual investors like us. Bloomberg has signed with AOL. I envision these $2,000 per month terminals will follow the route of telex machines. You and I are both long Oxford. We can afford to wait for Brown's story to unfold.
