Henry, What surprises me is that LGND hasn't put out a press release. If things are all as we hope they are, this is a big deal and their PR firm should be blowing the trumpets and coming out with statements that outline the possibilities in terms the public can understand. Doing so would be a nice prelude to an announcement that they are not going to take the drug from LLY since it would likely increase the stock price and thus reduce the dilutive effects of such a move. Oh well, we will know soon enough. I have to go back to refinishing my floor :-( Thanks, Torben
