I've used CSI (Commodity Systems Inc) for the past 10+ years.
Clean data, perfectly compatible with MetaStock (and others.)
End of day data available at 6:30 p.m. each night.
Great support if needed (rarely needed.)

CPQ has reputation as the best data. But very expensive. You might want to consider GET data from TTI. More info at their web site.
