Jay,

Thanks for your note. I really don't worry that much about anything especially DIGL now. It is such a minor percentage in my portfolio now. I am not sure exactly why I insist on hanging onto the shares. Maybe deep down I think DIGL has a future.

I know about the insurance and all, but, that should not be cause to dismiss the lawsuits completely. I still have a bad taste in my mouth from WALL. They reported half of expected earnings the CEO resigned and they settled a suit in the span of a couple days. Everything will factor in, in it's own time.

Also, a belated welcome! I am glad you have begun posting and look forward to hearing more from you. Which is more than I can say for all the chump change sucking lurkers out there, you know who you are!<G>

Regards,

Milkman

Another question concerning lawsuits.

If civil investigations lead to criminal indictments and convictions of a company's management, will insurance offer any financial protection to the company or its investors?

My understanding is that insurers frown on 'protecting the risks of criminal behavior.' Kind of like the bank robber who would put in a claim for treatment of gunshot wounds incurred as a result of robbing a bank.

Is there a different angle to this lawsuit thing that might better represent the position of the insurers re a DIGL like circumstance?
