Maybe Fonix and Acuvoice were very , very close in the past : ) and they decided that both of their technolgies really complement each other and that this IS THE BEST THING TO MAKE MO-MONEY,MO-MONEY for everyone involved in both companys,all the scientists,all of management,and all the shareholders.It's simply a great,great business decision for all involved ! ;)
