Denise,

Being the CFO for an intermediate size firm, I have had experience with many auditing firms and audits in general of both an internal and external nature. While my 20 years of experience in the financial field has been mostly in manufacturing, I still believe it is very difficult to "hide" material matters from auditors. The key word being material. Auditors have a legal state in the correctness of the audited report. While the numbers themselves belong to the management of the company, auditors perform tests and statistical analysis to verify the accuracy of the numbers.
On a slightly different note, I believe it will be necessary for novl to offer free upgrades to netware 5 for purchasers of netware 4.11 during the current or next quarter. I would hope that the marketing team is looking at this right now. Otherwise, we might be in for some less than stellar sales numbers in the quarters ending in April and July.
