I think the stock is a little bit high in the price. If intel earns 3-3.5 the PE will be about 21 up to 25. So the price could fall down to the 65 range and then the value is good. I think once the windows get out and this $1000 dollar PC thing is over the price will go up. Compaq is not making enough money to sell a good sub $1000 PC. I think that once the video phone and the voice recognition is added then the need for a higher processor speed will dramatically increase.
