That's a good question. I have never been given any info on the lawsuits. It seems to me that they give out plenty of warnings so I can't imagine that they Safeskin is liable. But I don't really understand why Safeskin says their gloves cause less sensitivity and then people have these problems with their gloves. Maybe someone can explain what is going on here. Below an excerpt from Safeskin webpage.
