Hi Chris

Been thinking along the same line, what non-techs
have you in mind ? I've sold some puts on triton(OIL).
I'm out of Bay, still have to much CPQ and INTC.

Regards

H.

Your idea is probably sound. The tech sector is going to be rough for a while. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxery of being able to sell out. I have thousands of shares of INTC and CPQ. Both, with great gains and can't afford to pay uncle sam if i sell right now. I am going to sell covered calls against these positions probably on Tuesday (hoping for a rebound after the initial CPQ shock Monday morning). I am a very unhappy camper. I don't mind losing money when the game is played fairly but INTC and CPQ didn't do so. Not by a long shot. I sure hope the SEC looks into the games CPQ played in Decemeber to pick up the 4thQ numbers. I don't have any SI support to launch a private civil action against CPQ and INTC. Most of the posts have been supportive of INTC management. I am afraid that people who buy company stocks like INTC become groupies of a company and can't handle criticism.
