It stands for Bullentin Board...These are stocks that are not quite big enough to get on the Nasdaq smallcap or bigger boards...It doesn't make them a bad investment just a higher risk...But higher risk means possible higher reward.....I invest both personal money and money for others and I like Ikar at this time...I contact the company 3 or 4 times a week and like what I see unfolding over the next 60 to 90 days. These threads are treachorus and you must glean from them what you think is the best information and throw out the BS...I am going to check further but I believe that Kilborn had a part of the final uncovering of the huge Bre-x scam....If this is so then I believe that one can put even more faith into this company becoming successful..Jim
