Well, It certainly was a very interesting trip to FL... It was a great pleasure to finally meet Bill and Ken and Mrs. Moss.
As far as my testimony is concerned, basically it concentrated on just a couple of areas.
The first was the transcripts of a nationally syndicated radio show that Bunte had done called Inside Wall Street between June and July of 1996. I had recorded a total of 4 shows and each of the shows was played out for the jury to hear. On the shows, Bunte basically perpetuated each of the lies that he had been telling the investors all along.
1) That their revolutionary Microsafe would be ready for market within 12 mos...
2) That he was in negotiations with MAJOR,MAJOR companies that were interested in the product (the fortune 500 co's.)
3) That the USDA approached NVID and offered to do their product testing in their food process plants at no charge
4)That the product was Patented ("absolutely" he said)
5) That a 70 page marketing study done by doctors at University of Florida estimated a 700 million dollar market
6) The outstanding number of shares was 19 million

A lot of the testimony was centered around the effect of having twice as many shares outstanding as Bunte was telling the shareholders.
There was mention of Bunte's refusal to provide financial statements to substantiate a) the number of shares outstanding and b) sales

Bottom line I feel that my testimony is helping to prove that Bunte was telling outright lies to all of the investors and knew that he was doing it at the time.

My impression from the defense is that they are trying to make Bunte out to be a victim...That Klenovic and Arata were playing Bunte like a puppet..and Bunte had no idea... HA!!

I spoke with Bunte on a weekly..sometimes daily basis...
Bunte was the President of the company..everything ran thru him...maybe he wasn't smart enough to do it himself but...
I firmly believe that Bunte knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way...

For example..some investors were provided with a document called a 15c-211 which stated that as of May 15, 1996 there were 23+ million shares outstanding..Yet between June and July on public radio Bunte insists that there were only 19 million.

Why else would he team up with a man with whom he had full knowledge barely escaped a prior stock scam????????

What I find most offensive..Is that Bunte was the voice, the comfort at the other end of the telephone, personally persuading each victim to give up their hard earned life savings, he befriended each of the investors...personally assuring them that all was going to be good. Making them feel as if he was on their side...yet taking each dollar from them and sneaking it into his own pocket. Making investors feel that they had "rapport" with Bunte. He knew full well what he was doing all along.

That blatant abuse of trust just scratches the surface of what this man is all about.
