Mike,

I agree, in as much as Mason has already stated that DEC's business is bad. The only question remaining is if this is already reflected in the "new share price" come Monday, or whether another 10% will be lopped off when the message comes in the form of a press release.

I've completely shifted my strategy with respect to my CPQ position as an exit strategy at least until the dust settles. (as oppossed to adding shares on weakness).

DEC has made profit quarter after quarter since Dec of 1996. And if you review their profile in the SI , you will see generally it is the Sep report which showed weakness, that probably caused by the slowdown in Europe every summer , other than that I do not see the reason
DEC will lose in earning for the near future. Just read their record !!!!
