You and I buddy! <g>. Seriously, I think that DEC shareholders are still getting the better end of the deal regardless of CPQ's share price. I do not see DEC bringing anything to the party in the short run except losses and uncertainty.

SO if CPQ goes to $10, then the total deal will be worth 6 billion $$. CPQ really get a deal, and PF is smiling
