Gary: The project coordinator I corresponded with twice, two years ago, at the US Army Medical Command might differ with your assertion that the Army did not participate with Pyng on this product.

Also, the way I read the paramedic's words, he was merely stating that a potential downside of insertion into the marrow of the sternum is that one might puncture too deep; BUT that Pyng's product has overcome this worry.
