I had some dealings with Army contracts before. I used to be in the overhead crane business. We put together proposals for Watervaliet Arsenal in NY, and got 2 of them. But man were they slow. There were so many levels to go through and every single detail had to be written down. When we had completed the job they had us label every piece of conduit's contents and what every wire was, shoot we even had to label the brake pedal on the thing. I guess my point is that I'm sure FATS isn't having the easiest time putting this job together. I do believe they will get the contract but it may take a while. Good Luck. -j
