Charles, I really do not have the time to start a thread on financing. I have stated quite clearly that I doubt Doyle will be involved in such floorless instruments. I responded to someone's question on what floorless was. Whatever the financing arranged, one thing should be clear, the nature of any future financing will have great bearing on the value of the stock. If carried out at these prices, one year of IPMCF's burn rate could easily be another 10 MM shares. Hopefully, some better value can be presented to the market place before such financing so that financing is carried out at better valuations. Zeev
