Jim, You missed the point. I am not trying to recover any damages for myself. I am trying to change the way the companies operate. You yourself said: "I just wish these companies would do business on the up and up instead of all this rebate crap." Well, if they lose a couple of class action lawsuits costing them millions, perhaps it will change the way they do business. The fact that the money mostly goes to the lawyers doesn't matter, what matters is that it comes out of the pockets of those behaving in an unethical manner. So, I say again, "where are the lawyers when you really need them".
