DD,
I think what we are seeing this weekend is a final act of desperation on the part of the shorts to shake some shares loose prior to great news coming out.

In direct response to your request for comments on Mr. Pink's note, I find it very curious that a couple of the things he says are virtually the same as in a message he posted a few days ago.
Message 3559268

That earlier note was responded to by several individuals (including myself) and those responses seem to have been ignored. Regarding the points for which I have direct knowledge, CCSI's offices are not in any kind of an apartment whatsoever. They occupy an upper east side townhouse which used to house the Nigerian Consolate in NYC. The building is set up for offices, not for living.

Regarding Ms. McFarlane's demeanor, well, Mr. Pink can have his own opinion, but I have found Darby to be very pleasant and generous with her time in answering shareholder questions. I think if you go back and read the notes from before FDA approval, you will find many notes relaying conversations with Darby. Of course since last summer, she has been much busier, but has still made the time to speak with several other shareholders.

I think your assessment of Mr. Pink is quite accurate in that he bad mouths management of companies (in this case inaccurately) in order to help out his short positions.

Hope this helps,

Jim
