Chris

You know that's the nature of the beast with techs.
When they go down, they go down hard, and do the same
when they go up. The problem is knowing when they are going
to do so, TA helps, but there are to many unforseen events
like we had this week. You can't plan for these earnings shortfall
announcements. I know it gets tiring and send your stomach for a loop.

H.

TSSW News Flash - TSSW signs two large international distribution agreements. SEE Business News Wires for Details. News breaking this AM:

New International Distribution Agreements - Germany and Italy
--------------------
Compay signs Logic, the first and largest chain of PC Software and accessory stores in Italy, to distribute the Italian Versions of Checkit. As a leading distributor of PC products. Logic also specialized in the reseller and mail order sales.
--------------------
Company signs Koch, a $300 million international music, media and technology group to distribute the German Versions of Checkit.
--------------------
Looking for a turnaround in TSSW. Company just reported its first breakeven qtr in 8 qtrs with less than 6 weeks of Checkit sales. TSSW will have a full qtr of sales PLUS TSSW has also recently announced an agreement with TAMCO to market its products in the U.S ( Has 600 million in sales )
Company sales at a steep discount to the Industry Avg Price Ratios even though it has lower debt . . lots of cash and a higher current and quick ratio.
