I am not sure if it's there because of the lawsuite, but it may. Some people will sue over anything, regardless of how bad it may be. This is America for you and as much as I love this country, this part of it is a complete disgrace. The good thing here is that it is rare that a stock will stay in this trading range for this long. I mean a range of 2 points for 4 months or so is very rare for a company with such prospects. Pretty limited downside in my oppinion. Now let me hope that nobody will sue me over stating this opinion if I am wrong...
