Is there something about Waco that attracts the "wierdos?"

A man in Waco, Texas, is threatening to blow up a V-A center.
Police say he crashed his car through the gate of a Veterans'
Administration office in Waco, and is apparently armed with explosives.
He has made demands, but police aren't revealing what they are.
Evacuations have been ordered...a SWAT team has been called in.

Derek I don't think I've set that up on this PC yet.

Yeah, I just found out I don't have Outlook Express installed either. I have Outlook from the office suite but that doesn't include the news reader. I've only got a 100 meg on my H.D so I will wait until I get a new H.D to mess with Outlook Express. I know there are some other 3rd party news readers out there but I haven't tried any of them.
