I don't care what anyone says, I sold at 10, period. I was checking on another execution and my order at 10 on ecgof said "executed". In disbelief, I double checked and it was indeed true. I put my order in before the market opened, so maybe it was some right at the bell or right at the bell shuffling of shares. I do know that the high of the day was 9.875 at DLJ but was changed to 10 25/64. Yahoo had the same high. Who cares, it's water under the bridge and let's look forward in a positive light. Hey, I love you guys here, I've read every post for the last year and am again heavily long. I'm just sticking up for myself as I don't want to lose all credibilty when I post in the future. good luck, John
