If the numbers are true, this is a great deal...but: TGSK says they are a reporting company, but I don't see any reports at freeedgar... Also, check the balance sheet at sitra.com. Total inventory as of 12/31/97 was around $250,000. This is boats, jet skis, ATV's, outboard motors, trailers, parts, and oil!! Revenues of $14M with inventory this low means they are turned it over 56 times in 1997, or once a week. I think this would make them the most efficient distributor in the known universe. Think I'll wait on this one. If it's going to 12 there's plenty of time to profit....
