Hi there Snake 1132! I must say, this was quite an interesting
remark. It has been discussed by quite a few so far, publicly
and privately. I do recall the mention of continued listing
requirements at the conference call (just a mention).
On Monday March 2nd, I called IR to confirm or deny the information
about splits and such. The gentleman was both cooperative and courteous
in his responses. He was unaware that any meeting had taken place
to discuss such a matter, and that even if he did have such
knowledge it would be inappropriate to disclose such before the
company made a formal announcement etc.
I am a little curious at this point how you have access to
this kind of information but yet not the same concern for privacy
that Investor Relations has expressed?
I ask this question in a nonconfrontational manner, giving all
the benefit of the doubt, hoping for a response in kind.

<<<What I have reported to small investors is that
the MPRS board of directors met on Friday February 27, 1998, to consider a reverse
split of either 4 or 5 shares to one in order to keep the share price above 5 and avoid a
delisting. >>>

I thank you for posting.

Kind regards,
Bret P.

Thanks for posting snake, your information is very informative
I can't say that I look forward to a reverse split,
It will make the short term very nasty, but as you, I see the Long-term very bright. The pipline looks better then it did two years ago when it had out-GP2,Civ2,MOO2, and Grand Prix Manager 2 (Europe)and Top Gun for Christmas 1996, with MOO2 being the only new title for the Christmas qtr, it hit $10.00 which mathmatically in a five to one reverse split would be $50.00 (I'm not saying it would have reached 50, it's more easy for a stock to go from 5 to 10 then 10 to 50)
The only thing that bothers me if they do a reverse split,
is if the stock does appreciate well, then would MPRS ever consider
doing a new stock offering?
