Have just received and reviewed the annual report, and with it the results for first quarter, ending Dec 31/97. While gross margin is indeed up, sales are down...and this is after adding Granville, which was acquired Jan 1997 and therefore is not part of the figures for quarter ended Dec 96. Also, I keep hearing that the Rights Offering last fall was "sold out". How can this be? I know I didn't exercise mine... Good luck to all. Hope that order backlog materializes soon ! David
