BILL to answer your previous Yes I have used their product.The 49.95 version is on my cpq presario i'v also used it in demos.I have found it quite satisfactory particularly in the case the calls were free not a paid to switch to dvg switch connection.If your not familiar with ECI Check out Vocal's press release.They supply the major telcos with specialized switch gear sorta like Lucent.They will be manufacturing over 40 million dollars of gateways for VocalTecs Deployment With DT. They also provide some mid range products that will be sold to smaller ITSP's and end user ITSPs looking for industrial grade EQ.I sense your not satisified with FTEL's managing of their product nor their PR teams ability to market the product.They do seem quite a bit behind in their PR and their ability to capatilize on current trends although the developement of their tempest is a godsend do they have any other products in the offering.Of all the post's I have read yet today I believe Mr. Temple has best summed it up.Ftel Nor Vocal nor any of the small companies are going to win this war MY Decieved friend.WE can only hope to make a little money or a lot depending on your constitution for The big guys can gobble us up chew it around and blow us out the other end just as fast as you can whistle DIXIE.
