I also felt that, subjectively, tech stocks peaked in summer/fall 1995. Since then, an ever increasing percentage of the group has fallen off the bandwagon. I remember in 1995 you could throw a dart at the NASDAQ, and come up with a company that was reporting 20-50% EPS growth and beating analyst estimates handily. I made this statement on the INTC thread, and have gotten the expected response.
