Thank you, Gary. EU currency will be printed in Belgium. Who will get more, who will get less is a problem. Right now they have to have common government deficit balanced among joiners. That is a a bigger problem. After they form the common currency, they have to operate like each state in the US. Our state governments have to have federal government supplement their income as well as apply for money such as redevelopment efforts(urban renewal).

The last part they have not considered yet. So we will see some further delays. Once they succeeded, It is just dealing with a united Europe, with many state governments. Laws may be different in each state but that too will have to be unified.

Equity investment wise, different exchanges are independent. Just like NYSE or AMEX or Nasdaq, there will be slight price differences at any increment of time.
