the url seems to result in nothing but a blank page? Is it correct?

No, I can reach this page in a normal way. Below the part on gold as a hedge against y2k effects on economy.

My overall strategy is to limit risk and to be prepared for any eventuality. I've given a lot of thought to what Gary North has said. His is always an informed opinion. However, his is an untested theory at this point. While I will keep some US currency in my portfolio, I am more comfortable with the time-tested value of silver and gold. These have proven time after time to be the lowest common denominator of universally recognized value. My approach is to buy in US or Canadian coinage, denominations that are small and therefore "spendable" if necessary.
