i would doubt coms would purchase nn, not because it would not make a good match and they do partner already, but because the trend is merging voice and data. not to mention both cos and nn need to much help themselves to merge. the ras was what coms thought they were purchasing in usrx, so to purchase asnd would help to fulfill that dream and add complimentary products to the mix. but i do not believe this would happen either, since both would want to partner or merge with a voice company.
