thanks, but, again, please remember, my 'PSYCLE sm', NEVER even lets any 'news' like you are considering acting upon, into our brains, nor do we ever do any very-short-tern-trading, as our avg. hold period, 2-4 months, even in options....please re-read all early "Lessons" to learn the basics of my concept with respect to this, and I do wish you well....I just never trade the way you seem to be trying to, here....sorry, cannot help you with this specific situation....
