Hi Bill-Glad to read your post because I had already written to Jill saying that I supported the idea of strictly controlled stock threads and a non-interference policy for the Coffee Shop unless it involved serious threats or issues of legality.
I hate bothering her with e-mail on this stuff, but I think the current policy is too vague for the Coffee Shop and I believe that she is being used and abused by people for personal agenda.
The threads are capable of self-policing.

I'd like to pipe up and come out in support of your two-tier system. Let the Coffee Shop fall into the hands of its individual threads, barring REALLY serious bulldung.
