Don,

I'm not familiar w/ OS/390. Two years ago, the last time I used an IBM mainframe, it was running VM and MVS in separate partitions (I think that's what they call it). Both are a major pain, in my opinion, and w/ everyone entering the field now cutting their teeth on Windows, the future of these operating systems would be dim, I think. Is OS/390 a graphical interface? If this is available, why would Amdahl want to develop NT for their compatibles?

Just trying to figure out where this product might head.
