Jmac I agree, unfortunately, I don't know if these suits are going to change much of anything. I wish they would, at least it will bring to the forefront the blatant abuses these companies commit against their shareholders. I wonder though, is anybody listening ? The analyst know ahead of time what is happening. They don't care and will do do everything to maintain the status quo at the expense of you and I, the small investor. The odds are against us and it doesn't seem like theres much we can do. H.
