Phil, I see no trouble spilling over from MOT.

You said it. IRIDF is managed independently from MOT. Although MOT is the largest shareholder, they are not a majority owner and can only have a very limited effect on IRIDF -- primarally dumping shares on the market.

I don't think MOT will do this. The increase in IRIDF shareprice is one of the best prospects they have.
