That's what I've been saying since I heard about the financing in January. Management needs to get a financing deal done so they don't do the BB type of financing. I wonder many outstanding share there are now? This stock acts more like a Bulletin Board stock more than the BB stocks that I own. It will be very interesting to see what the short interest is now. These kind of financings are red flags for shorters. Good luck to us all, Dave Meyer
