Barbara: How can Ascensio possibly declare that there is/was not any Venezuelan court ruling that gave Kry/Invesora Mael ownership rights to LC4&6? Ascensio just plain lied to manipulate a market. Whether or not this is for you amoral, I don't really care; but in case you don't know and still prefer to believe this is all "a fantasy of the longs", please enjoy the following bedtime reading:

Thank you for your answers Barb.

>> You mean Asensio's ethics, or mine?

I was referring to Asensio. And no, I don't believe that shorting in and of itself is inherently 'evil', just that in this case his 'analysis' of the situation is full of blatant lies (which will come out in due course) and that THIS is amoral.

>> How do you know that what he says about KRY is untrue?.

Because unlike you :-), I have done my homework on this company. No criticism intended, I understand your MO. What he says is not even close to being true, it really is that blatant.

>> If Crystallex were not worried about being exposed as a fraud,
>> they would not have initiated this legal action (in my opinion).

This is a very curious statement. If someone libels you, would you not go to court? I suppose if they had NOT launched a suit, you would also claim that is a tacit admission of guilt? Damned if you, damned if you don't?

>> I do believe Asensio's prime motivation (for publishing) is ego

Well I'll grant you that much. I have little doubt that that is at least ONE of his motivations. Fair enough.

One last question Barbara. You seem to know Asensio's pattern very well. Do you expect him to come out swinging tomorrow or do you think he'll let things settle down for a bit?

Ciao.
