Joey,

It's kind of like O.J. Simpson in the fact that he was not guilty until he was proven broke, and Bill Clinton is in the same position as you say, as long as people are doing well he will not be found guilty! I will bet that before his term is over the economy will go into a slide for some reason or another and he will be found guilty at that time!

I don't think it's a short yet. Fundamentally, yes. Emotionally, no. Eventually there will be downgrades, but it might double again before then.
