Ministry of Energy and Mines has to approve all transfers of title regarding concessions in Venuzuela. The court can rule all they want to as to the validity of transfer. The overiding law states it must be approved.There have been two transfers here niether of which has been approved. Conclusion. 1) Krystallex has a claim but no approval. 2) Asensio therefore is right. 3) KRY stock is therefore worth less. 4) Flightless is a Dodo bird. 5) PDG has approval but no title. 6) They must aquire title from KRY 7) KRY is a good short. As it is over valued based on Albino and what they will get from PDG 8) More stocks in the single digit catagory dissapear than any other, as a result are better targets for shorters. 9) I am not too inteligent but extremely good looking this makes up for my lack of intellegence. 10) I have lots of your money and this makes ruling #9 seem redundant. 11) He who has the Gold makes the Rules. I assume this to be Venuzuela. 12) Venuzuela doesn't care how good looking I am. As a result will make thier ruling without taking into consideration my opinion. 13) Fluvio's change of attitude just reflects his split personality and as a result he no longer knows what to make of himself. 14) Net result we have to see what kind of deal KRY and PDG make. It looks like the mine with its expanded capacity may have a purpose. 15) Viper must be pretty good looking as well. Although he has a LiSSSSSSSSSSSp. I like the rest of you, will have to wait and see. I can usually figure these things out ahead of time based on facts presented. Based on legality, the Venuzuelan Government will decide that which is in its best intrest, which hopefully coincides with mine. Disclaimer.
