Most fabs indicate a faster migration to DUV tools than had been planned. A case in point is Samsung changing its order to ASM from 3:1 i-line:DUV tools to all-DUV tools, and without decreasing the order's $ value. INTC, AMD, Micron, et al have similarly indicated faster migration towards higher productivity tools. It bodes well for CYMI. And I expect CYMI's numbers will pleasantly surprise. Tulvio

Does anyone really know- if Cymer has a product for the under $1000 computer market ? This is seemingly where the puter strength seems to be right now- and I'm not sure if the sophistication of Cymers product can be included in such a low priced end product .
