Hi Van - I do not know about PRCM, please post any competing product information and the rest of the group on this thread can evaluate. Yes I still have VTEL but I am not impressed with their performance. Still waiting for them to grow their sales. I have been watching another company in the same industry as PCTL and VTEL and that is PLCM (Polycom). Check out the PLCM thread ....their stock is up over 40% in the last three weeks! I am still waiting for MYLX to have a similar move but that might be wishful thinking. Good luck with your investments EKS
