RE: The DEC deal..who knows... Could get voted down if CPQ stays low, if so, CPQ probably initiates a 1-2 billion$ share buyback.

If CPQ remains at $25 level, and the DEC deal goes away (falls through), what is likely affect to CPQ price-wise? I suspect that we could see a very quick upsurge of 4-8 pts, all else constant.

BTW, I'm very long at 29 1/2.
