Victor, first of all, go to take a look at BAY's Bollinger chart in the following site, it's put up by none the less Mr. Bollinger (!) : Look at Networking in general, looks like most networkers are having exactely the same ranking now : (note : the more lights to the right the better) I looked at these rankings about a month ago, at that time COMS was almost at the bottom of the list with one red light to the left and BAY was way on top with csco at that time. It looks like coms has worked its way up to be quite high in ranking now. equitytrader.com Just think this may be of interest to you.
