Hello Moonray,
Yes, my ISP does have separate lines for the different speeds and for the different towns. I didn't notice and I think they are not yet V.90 capable. It is Global2000.net. They are very helpful when needed. I don't own COMS but have thought about it. I do have the NUMBERO UNO in the business however, CSCO. Learned about COMS and CSCO from the Motley Fool site. They are a good site to learn investing fundamentals.
