Myron, I have noticed that some people, including newsletters are using the 99RS stocks as short candidates as soon as they drop to RS98 or the acc/dist drops at least one grade.

I used the last list as inputs for scans measuring
stochastics, adx and rsi. Once i found a TA buying
point then I could more confidently buy knowing that
if I goofed (not very experienced) then the stock
would most likely recover due to its rs rating.
