I would advise you to cover your short sell position before earnings
are announced this week. I will post again at the end of the week. But
do not be too cavalier about an imminent slide. You may have initiated
your short sell position a few days too early.

According to Investor Relations recording, FY earnings results are due to be released this Thursday, March 12 at 7:45am EST. I guess we'll find out then about the charge, but my opinion is that the more substantial the charge, the better it will be received on the Street.

Of course, if the stock continues to run up until the earnings release or even if it holds its recent gains, we could get selling/profit taking on the news.
