Paul: Speaking of Pfeiffer and Mason could you elaborate on what are the implications of a depressed CPQ stock price would have on the proposed CPQ/DEC merger,if any ? I hear the deal calls for Compaq to to pay $30.00 in cash and .945 of CPQ shares for every DEC shares (I think) and it was supposed to have been worth 9.5 billion dollars at the time of the announcement but CPQ stock has deflated precipitously since then.

Thanks in advance.
