BC SEC Commision has their insider info free on the net as well. I forget the site but do a search and you will find it.

Hello Gilbert, congradulations on the article in the Globe - always a good Sat. morning read.
I notice you mention ABL in your original post and I have just picked some up. First profitable quarter in their history and things looking very good from there. Sales way up as well. Now you being a Quebec resident must have a soft spot for them, eh??? Anyways, do you know if there is still significant insider trading on this one? I am looking at the possibility of picking some more up this week. I won't even mention last Saturday's hockey night in Canada(Feb 28), but for those others that are interested, 4-0 LEAFS!...Jay.
