I'm going to cover my SHORT....hoping around $8.75 Thanks everyone for the discussion. This should be fun. I'm niether long or short when they release earnings. If earnings are good, I'm looking to SHORT again with any run-up. I'm a trader, not an investor. Bo

"Additionally we hear that we will lose our IRS suit and have to pay a huge penalty. THe talk is that this entire problem came to light when our CFO did a similar thing at the Broadway in California. I guess the IRS also follows CFO's from company to company." "Everyone at our company recognizes that sales are very, very bad this quarter and that margin is falling each month.." Someone mentioned this to me about 2 months back. I'm unsure of his/her reliability. I plan to short RAYS between 8 3/4 and 10, getting out (no matter what) before earnings. Of course, this isn't because of the anonymous source, but because profit taking is bound to happen. Comments?
